We seek a young researcher with proven experience in solar energy (solar thermal / solar photo-voltaics) with a significant contribution to R&D programmes as Principal Investigator and team leader with outstanding publications, excellent team work capacity and communication skills. Able to plan and manage research activities and guide young scientists, flexible with personal initiative and ability to innovate. |
| Remuneration: Negotiable based on expertise and experience (6.0-8.4 lakhs p.a.) |

| Scope of work: |

1) Screening, isolation, identification and modification of novel industrially relevant cellulolytic enzymes for higher cellulase activities comparable with globally available enzymes in the market for the conversion of lignocellulosic biomass to ethanol. |

2) Able to formulate plan and conduct research with defined objectives and outcomes within budget and time constraints. |
